  <title><![CDATA[On Breaking Myths about Electricity in the South]]></title>
  <body><![CDATA[<p>“Myths and Facts about Electricity in the U.S. South” [a November 2011 study by School of Public Policy Professor Marilyn Brown with colleagues at Duke University]&nbsp;finds that energy efficiency and renewable energy are able to work hand-in-hand to meet the projected growth of electricity demand in the South without escalating electricity rates.
