Leslie Sharp, a graduate of IAC master’s and doctoral programs, has been announced as the Assistant Vice Provost for Graduate Education and Faculty Affairs for Georgia Tech.Sharp has served as the Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs and Outreach in the College of Architecture since 2008. She received an M.S. in History of Technology in 2001 and a Ph.D. in History of Technology in 2004, both offered through the School of History, Technology, and Society. Her research focuses on exploring the impact of technology on people and places within the framework of historic preservation and gender.
