The second episode features Colonel Stephen C. Hall, the namesake for the Writing and Communication program's  new home, the Stephen C. Hall Writing and Communication Building, on the Georgia Tech campus. Colonel Hall is USAF Retired and a 1967 Graduate of Georgia Tech.

Colonel Hall is pictured here with Dr. James Bynum, retired from the English Department, the predecessor to today's school of Literature, Media, and Communication.
