  <body><![CDATA[<p>For the second year in a row, the Peace Corps was named the fourth best small federal agency to work for on the&nbsp;<a href="http://bestplacestowork.org/BPTW/rankings/overall/small" target="_blank">Best Places to Work in the Federal Government</a>&nbsp;list.
