{"231891":{"#nid":"231891","#data":{"type":"event","title":"Division of Professional Practice Poster Crawl","body":[{"value":"\u003Cp\u003EThe Division of Professional Practice (DoPP) is sponsoring a Fall 2013 Poster Crawl for students who have completed internships and co-ops, as a way of bridging \u2018real-world\u2019 professional experience and academic studies.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EBecause interns and co-ops are often tasked with projects or assignments that implement the knowledge they acquire in their major studies, this poster presentation is a way for them to illustrate and underscore the effectiveness of their work on the job in their chosen field.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EThe Poster Crawl, held from 5-7 PM, September 9, in the Clough Learning Commons, is open to the public, and will be a judged event. \u0026nbsp;Prizes will be awarded for best posters and presentations. \u0026nbsp;You\u2019re invited to attend to see how your studies at Georgia Tech can equip you for work in your chosen field, and how interning or co-oping is an excellent introduction and entry to a lifetime of work and contribution to society.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u201cOur students are the future explorers, creators, researchers, and innovators of the world.
