Mr. Kuck will lead an informational presentation titled the Nuts and Bolts of Immigration Sponsorship in the U.S. which will focus on\u003Cstrong\u003E Employment and Family Based Pathways for Temporary and Permanent Visas in the U.S. including H1B and Lawful Permanent Residence. \u003C\/strong\u003EThe information session is targeted to international students and scholars who are interested in gaining a broad understanding of immigration pathways based on employment or family based sponsorship for a temporary work visa or immigrant visa in the U.S. Mr. Kuck is the managing partner and oversees the nationwide immigration practice.
