In her keynote, \u201cThe Impact of Technology Trends on Security: Uncertainty, Complexity, and Interdependence,\u201d she spoke on anticipating emerging technology trends and the potential impacts on international security.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp class=\u0022p1\u0022\u003EKosal also spoke on an international panel on the use of scenarios in real-world policy environments, highlighting work she led on threat scenarios and countermeasures scenarios for capability development using nanotechnology, biotechnology, and cognitive neuroscience for the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and for the US Army.
