Dr. Clark will sort a pile of previously unseen student resumes.\u003C\/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EDetailed discussion of actual student resumes, the good, bad and the ugly.\u003C\/li\u003E\u003C\/ul\u003E\u003Cp\u003ESo, what does it cost for this great advice? Just bring a paper copy of your resume with your name and addressed replaced \u0022Georgia Tech Student\u0022. The paper copies will be used as a demonstration tool, and will be destroyed at the end of the demonstration.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EBio:\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EMatthew Clark (B.S. CmpE 95, M.S.E.E. 97, Ph.D. ECE 07) started life as a software engineer while he was co-oping for TRW in Warner Robins, Ga., where he decided that what he really wanted to do with his life was to make hardware. He promptly returned to Georgia Tech to study Analog Systems. After earning his M.S.E.E. in DSP, he started at Hughes Missile Systems, where he worked on a signal processing applications for six weeks. Upon completing three years of FPGA and ASIC design, he accepted a position with Nortel Network in Raleigh, NC, where his entire group was quickly thereafter \u201credeployed.\u0022 Matthew worked for Intel for six years designing WAN\/MAN\/Core Ethernet routing chips. In his spare time, he returned to his studies at Georgia Tech, timing his graduation to coincide with the next round of lay-offs.
