He started his career in the Pakistan Army as a lieutenant in the corps of Infantry and his disaster management career also started during the same time. Abrar holds an MPhil in Development Studies from Pakistan and is a graduate from Asia Pacific Center for Security studies in Hawaii. He has earned certificates in disaster and emergency management from Harvard Kennedy School of Government, GA Tech, Kobe University Japan and METU,Turkey. Due to his meritorious services and devotion to serving Humanity, Abrar was presented with one of Pakistan\u0027s highest honors, The Medal of Honor (Tamgha-I-Imtiaz) in 2013.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003ETodd Shea is the founder of Comprehensive Disaster Response Services (CDRS). Todd and his team at CDRS are currently deploying two emergency response missions to mobile medical teams to support the basic healthcare needs of families who have been forced to flee their homes due to floods in Punjab and due to the war between the Pakistan Army and The Taliban in North Waziristan.
