  <title><![CDATA[2016 H-1B Cap Met, USCIS Will Conduct Lottery]]></title>
  <body><![CDATA[<p>According to the trend of past years, USCIS stopped accepting H-1B applications on April 7th and will now proceed using a lottery system to determine who will receive H-1Bs for FY 2016.
