The meeting is an opportunity to hear from experts on current challenges in manufacturing, identify opportunities for collaboration and improvement, and network with peers.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EMichelle Gloeckler is the distinguished lecturer for 2015. She is executive vice president of the consumables and health \u0026amp; wellness divisions and U.S. manufacturing lead for Walmart U.S. In addition to driving merchandising strategies in areas such as beauty and personal care, pets, household paper and chemicals, baby, OTC, pharmacy and optical, Michelle leads a strong team who is responsible for Walmart\u2019s investment of $250 billion in products that support American jobs. Michelle was selected to lead the President\u2019s Global Council of Women Leaders in 2015. \u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EPreviously, Michelle was senior vice president of the home division, overseeing buying, branding, product development and collaboration across functions.
