  <title><![CDATA[Ayanna Howard Named to Business Insider's List of Most Powerful Women Engineers]]></title>
  <body><![CDATA[<p>Ayanna Howard has been named as one of the 23 most powerful women engineers in the world by&nbsp;<em>Business Insider</em>.
