Akins II, AIA, LEED AP is a Project Designer with Smith Dalia Architects in Atlanta. He is also a Design Instructor at the Georgia Institute of Technology and the Implementation Director for the Marietta Street Artery Association (Upper Westside LCI).\n\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EAkins states that his view of architecture, through experience and practice, has been an evolution of the simple idea that what remains after you build is just as important as, if not more important than, what you build.
