Topics include energy policy, energy risk management, environment conscious engineering, environmental cost of economic growth, green GDP accounting, health cares informatics as well as general issues in the logistics and supply chains areas.  \n\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EWe are delighted to invite researchers from the international academic communities to join us in enlightening discussions.
