Cullen will be based on campus and will report to Robert Knotts, Tech\u2019s director of federal relations based in Washington, D.C.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EPrior to his time at the British Consulate, Cullen handled legislative affairs as a contractor for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).
