She is responsible for employee relations which includes overseeing the entire annual staff appraisal process and all human resource aspects of the College and its\u0026nbsp;Schools. Pam assisted the College of Computing in receiving a Certificate of Excellence from the 2005-2006 Georgia Tech Best Practices Challenge.
