His responsibilities include faculty recruiting, hiring, reappointments, promotions, and tenure, as well as H1B and J1 visas, leaves of absence, PSFs, and pay actions.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EMarcus began his career at Georgia Tech in 1997 after seven years active service with the U.S. Army as a senior administrative secretary.
