• Whether you stay on campus or travel, relax. Take a mental vacation so you can come back to school refreshed.
• Before you leave campus, pick up your Tobacco Quit Hit and safer sex supplies at the Office of Health Promotion on the second floor of Stamps Health Services.
• Buckle up and make sure you arrive safely at your destination.
• If you choose to use alcohol, alternate drinks with water and limit yourself to one drink per hour.
• Be an active bystander. Make sure both you and your friends are safe.
• Treat yourself to special foods you don’t have every day, but remember to indulge in moderation.
• If you choose to be sexually active, get consent and use protection.

While no local mosquito-borne Zika virus disease cases have been reported in U.S. states, there have been travel-associated cases.
