  <title><![CDATA[MOR Leadership Training Builds Leadership Skills in OIT]]></title>
  <body><![CDATA[<p>Several staff members in the Office of Information Technology (OIT) have embarked upon an eight-month leadership program designed especially for university professionals to help build their competencies for leading in the 21<sup>st</sup> century. The program entitled MOR IT Leaders Program, offered by MOR Associates, is made up of a network of university IT professionals across the nation.</p><p>“The program is really designed to challenge us and strengthen our leadership skills as a team,” says Kim White, project manager principal for OIT. “We have homework assignments, goal setting sessions, networking opportunities, and one-to-one meetings with our mentor.”</p><p>The team consists of (photo insert left to right) Herb Baines, Cas D’Angelo, Jimmy Lummis, Jassen Ceci, Kim White, and Mark Juliano.</p>]]></body>
