It\u2019s infectious and impossible to ignore,\u201d he said.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp class=\u0022p3\u0022\u003EOver the course of his career, he has seen countless teaching fads and trends come, then go. But he believes the essentials remain the same.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp class=\u0022p3\u0022\u003E\u201cIt really comes down to a couple of things.
