{"57322":{"#nid":"57322","#data":{"type":"news","title":"INTA Student winner of 2009 SAIC GT Student Paper Competition","body":[{"value":"\u003Cp\u003EAmira Mouna, an undergrad from the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs, was selected as one of the winners of the 2009 \u003Ca href=\u0027http:\/\/www.saic.com\/\u0027\u003ESAIC\u003C\/a\u003E - Georgia Tech Student Paper Competition for her essay on \u0022Analysis of Neoliberalist and Realist Perspectives of Bionanotechnology in Iran.\u0022\n\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EAmira was one of only three undergrads from Georgia Tech to win the award and the only student from the Ivan Allen College. Her paper, based on research with Professor Margaret Kosal, considers the international security connections of Iran\u0027s bionanotechnology research and development programs, infrastructure, and capabilities.  There will be an awards ceremony held on Thursday, 19 November, in which she will receive a plaque and a check in recognition of her work. \n\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EScience Applications International Corporation (\u003Ca href=\u0027http:\/\/www.saic.com\/\u0027\u003ESAIC\u003C\/a\u003E) was founded by J. Robert Beyster, Ph.D., and a small group of scientists in 1969.
