  <title><![CDATA[Deep Learning Architectures Hinge on Hybrid Memory Cube]]></title>
  <body><![CDATA[<p><span>An effort out of Georgia Tech called NeuroCube&nbsp;sheds a bit more light on what is possible on top of the existing logic layer in a Hybrid Memory Cube. ECE Professor Saibal Mukhopadhyay is one of NeuroCube&#39;s lead architects, and he and his Ph.D. students Duckwhan Kim and Jaeha Kung and his colleagues ECE Regents&#39; Professor Sudhakar Yalamanchili and Sek Chai of SRI International have also published a paper in the International Symposium on Computer Architecture.&nbsp;</span></p>
