Leading Edge (One-on-One Leadership Coaching)

Leadership skills are highly valued in both professional and personal contexts. Leading Edge (One-on-One Leadership Coaching) is for Georgia Tech students who want to specifically focus on leadership development. Students work with a trained coach (Georgia Tech faculty/staff member or graduate student) to understand and improve their leadership abilities over the course of one semester. Students gain an awareness of their leadership strengths and weaknesses, cultivate insightful feedback, design and implement leadership experiments, and participate in deliberate reflection to enhance their leadership style.

No formal leadership role needs to be held to participate in this program. All undergraduate students with a 2.75 GPA or higher are eligible to apply.
