Kyla Ross, Director of Graduate Training for the Wallace H. Coulter Department of Biomedical Engineering, will guide participants through topics such as improving self-awareness, defining and aligning expectations, and communicating effectively. The purpose of this mentorship training session is to increase awareness and appreciation for the diversity of approaches and needs that both mentors and mentees have, as well as to equip participants with tools for success.
