Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering\u003C\/a\u003E; and \u003Ca href=\u0022https:\/\/www.iac.gatech.edu\/people\/faculty\/fox\u0022\u003EMary Frank Fox\u003C\/a\u003E, ADVANCE professor in the \u003Ca href=\u0022https:\/\/spp.gatech.edu\/\u0022\u003ESchool of Public Policy\u003C\/a\u003E. Weitz was honored for his research on the effects of viruses on populations and ecosystems.
