This interactive workshop will identify stressors and barriers to success that racial and ethnic minority students might face on campus. Issues related to cultural differences and challenges within academia will be discussed. Successful strategies to reduce stress and enhance your overall wellness will be offered.
 
This workshop is a part of the Georgia Tech Counseling Center's Wellness and Stress Management series and is held in the Instructional Center (IC) Room 115. These 50-minute workshops are open to all members of the Georgia Tech community.
