During this after dark, dimly lit, and open mic storytelling event, storytellers and story lovers relax and listen to powerful personal narratives or take the stage to share stories, poems, monologues, or tall tales! Prior to the StoryJam, join an optional three-minute dance party or two, or simply enjoy the music during the pre-jam reception. Light refreshments will be served.
Endorsed by the Strategic Plan Advisory Group, Georgia Tech's Transformative Narratives initiative is designed to enhance self-awareness, increase cultural competence, and connect us through the sharing of diverse identities, experiences, and perspectives. Events are free and open to faculty, staff, students, and your invited guests.
