604926 event 1523388652 1523388652 <![CDATA[Tax Day Extended Hours at the Post Office]]> Tax season is coming to an end, and the Georgia Tech Post Office wants to make the process easier with extended hours for tax day! To allow you extra time to get your tax return in the mail, the Post Office will be open from 8:30am – 6:00pm on Tuesday, April 17th.

If you plan to submit your tax return through the mail on April 17th, you will need to complete a proof of mailing certificate to receive a date stamp on your tax return. The cost of the certificate and date stamp is $1.30 per envelope. We encourage you to mail your tax return as early as possible to avoid the need for additional services.
