Previously she served the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) as Deputy\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\nDirector of Research and as Chief of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs. She has worked on the U.S. House of Representatives Permanent Select Committee\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\non Intelligence (HPSCI) staff, and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO)\u0026rsquo;s Advanced Systems and Technology Directorate as a Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) officer.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EDr. Dixon holds doctorate and master\u0026rsquo;s degrees in mechanical engineering\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\nfrom the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a bachelor\u0026rsquo;s degree in mechanical engineering from Stanford University.
