{"611001":{"#nid":"611001","#data":{"type":"news","title":"Counseling Center Launches \u0027Let\u0027s Talk\u0027 Series","body":[{"value":"\u003Cp\u003E\u0026ldquo;Let\u0026rsquo;s Talk\u0026rdquo; is an outreach program designed to engage students by providing informal walk-in consultations with \u003Ca href=\u0022http:\/\/counseling.gatech.edu\u0022\u003EGeorgia Tech Counseling Center\u003C\/a\u003E counselors at sites across campus. The program is intended to reach students who might be unlikely to seek traditional mental health services at the Counseling Center. \u0026ldquo;Let\u0026rsquo;s Talk\u0026rdquo; differs from formal counseling in that there is no clinical paperwork to fill out, no formal intake, and no scheduled appointments.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EStudents are encouraged to drop by and talk about whatever is important to them, much as they might talk with a teaching assistant, residence hall director, or academic advisor.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EThis service is open to all Georgia Tech undergraduate and graduate students.
