{"612770":{"#nid":"612770","#data":{"type":"news","title":"Graduate Students Participate in SHOT Conference","body":[{"value":"\u003Cp\u003EAlice Clifton\u0026nbsp;authored a constitutional amendment for the Society for the History of Technology (SHOT) that passed its final vote at the society\u0026#39;s annual meeting this last weekend. The amendment allows a graduate student, elected by their peers, to serve as a member of SHOT\u0026#39;s Executive Council with full voting privileges.
