During my four years at Tech, Dean Royster has always been accessible, even if I\u0026rsquo;m just walking by her office or run into her somewhere on campus,\u0026rdquo; says Will Thomas, an Ivan Allen College ambassador and International Affairs and Modern Languages - German major,\u0026nbsp;who attended the lunch. \u0026ldquo;When I\u0026rsquo;ve been disappointed in the administration at large at Tech, never did I feel disappointed in the College or our leadership.\u0026rdquo;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EDean Royster noted that students who had not participated in planning the previous listening sessions attended the lunch, signaling that new students are finding value in these events.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EOverall, increased mental health\u0026nbsp;support on campus was the dominant issue\u0026nbsp;as students\u0026nbsp;discussed\u0026nbsp;how Georgia Tech\u0026rsquo;s mental health resources have strengthened\u0026nbsp;over the last year, and where there is still room for improvement.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EThe Dean\u0026rsquo;s Office plans on organizing similar listening events to better understand the needs of Ivan Allen College students.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u0026ldquo;I think it\u0026rsquo;s very important for students to feel like their opinions matter and the administration cares,\u0026rdquo;
