The theme for the Spring 2019 exhibition is \u003Cstrong\u003EArt Meets Science\u003C\/strong\u003E. In conjunction with Georgia Tech\u0026#39;s year-long celebration of the\u003Ca href=\u0022http:\/\/periodictable.gatech.edu\u0022\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003Cstrong\u003EInternational Year of the Periodic Table\u0026nbsp;of the Chemical Elements\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/a\u003E, a special section of the Spring exhibition will be devoted to art inspired by the periodic table or a chemical element.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EThe Art Crawl features art from all students in the following categories:\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EVisual Art\u003C\/strong\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u0026ndash; drawings, paintings, and photography\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\n\u003Cstrong\u003EDigital Art\u003C\/strong\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u0026ndash; code-based art, animation, film, and graphic design\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\n\u003Cstrong\u003EStructural Art\u003C\/strong\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u0026ndash; sculpture, architecture, crafts, and textiles\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\n\u003Cstrong\u003ELiterary Works\u003C\/strong\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u0026ndash; poetry\/prose, comics, and short stories\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\n\u003Cstrong\u003EPerformance Art\u003C\/strong\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u0026ndash; dance, live instrumentation, vocal performance, music production, and theater\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EThe exhibit will open on March 14, 2019, at 4 PM.\u0026nbsp;The Art Crawl will award prizes to winners in each category. In addition,\u0026nbsp;College of Sciences will present awards for the top submissions in the special section on the periodic table.
