62174 news 1287063962 1475896058 Seymour Goodman, Professor in the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs has been appointed to the Computer Science and Telecommunications Board (CSTB) of the National Research Council of the National Academies. The CSTB provides independent advice to the federal government on technical and public policy issues relating to computing and communications.  Goodman will serve on the board three years alongside leaders in the information technology and complementary fields from industry and academia including Sun Microsystems, HP, IBM Research, Google, Inc., Cornell University, Carnegie Mellon University, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
