The east side (rear)\u0026nbsp;entrance to DM Smith will be closed and no pedestrian access will be allowed within the fenced area.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003EPedestrian access will be re-routed around DM Smith.\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003EExpect congestion.\u0026nbsp;
