  <title><![CDATA[Zhaohua Wang]]></title>
  <body><![CDATA[<p>Wang received his Ph.D. from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 1998.&nbsp; As a visiting scholar, he joined the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Georgia Tech in 2001.&nbsp;He joined&nbsp;GIS center as a research engineer II in 2007 and was promoted to a senior research engineer in 2011.&nbsp; During the past 10 years, he has been continuously conducting research and development in the fieds of&nbsp;highway pavement management systems,&nbsp;highway pavement condition assessment using sensor technology,&nbsp;roadway asset inventory and management systems and&nbsp;application of GIS/GPS and Information Technology for pavement rehabilitation and design.</p><p>As a result of the continuous research and development and in an effort of disseminating the research outcome, he has authored/co-authored eight refereed journal papers and other 12 technical conference presentations.&nbsp; As a project manager and leading developer, he has delivered 10 software products to sponsors and co-authored five research project final reports.</p><p>As a PI/Co-PI, he has actively managed/led seven research projects with a total amount of $2 million, four of which are on-going projects.&nbsp; As a task leader, he has significantly contributed in other eight research projects with a total amount of $3 million. &nbsp;In fulfilling these research projects, he has supervised 12 Graduate Research Assistants (GRA).&nbsp;</p><p><em><strong>Educational Background</strong></em></p><p>1994-B.S.
