This hypothesis governs the habits and inhabitants to the smallest aspects of their lives. Humans, animals, and plants are linked in a cloud that processes all mental matter.\u0026nbsp;Algorithms can give voice to the dead. This is how the spirit of Samuel Butler can still circulate through images of the city.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EMeet the Collaborators\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EPierre Cassou-Nogu\u0026egrave;s, philosopher and professor at the University of Paris 8, is the author of several books which combine philosophy and fiction, including \u003Cem\u003ELes R\u0026ecirc;ves Cybern\u0026eacute;tiques de Norbert Wiener\u003C\/em\u003E (Seuil, 2014).
