  <body><![CDATA[<p>GraphCT, software developed by Georgia Tech's David Bader (CSE), uses
 a super computer to map the twitter network data to a graph and uses 
metrics to assign importance to interactions. This allows us to see the 
impact and significance of tweets. </p>]]></body>
