A Service Management Transformation Program has been formed within Digital Business to coordinate the application of IT service management methodology (ITSM) with the surge of service onboardings into the ServiceNow platform.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003ETo date, Digital Business has onboarded Telephony Services, Coda Community Services, Coda End User Services and the support services for Workday and ERP processes.
