All majors are welcome; all you need is an interest in chemistry!\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EWhat do we do?\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003ESAACS is an academic organization at Georgia Tech dedicated to facilitating interest in chemistry, coordinating student-faculty interactions, and providing guidance for future career paths.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EOur most popular activity is our \u0026ldquo;dinner with a professor\u0026rdquo; program. Once a month, a small group of students will get to spend an evening with a professor in the School of Chemistry and Biochemistry \u0026ndash; asking any questions they may have about the professor\u0026rsquo;s research and experiences. These will be conducted over BlueJeans.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EDuring the school year, we also host several high school and campus outreach events, professional development workshops, community service activities, and fun activities involving chemistry!\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EHow do I join?\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003ECome to meetings!\u0026nbsp;We hold BlueJeans meetings at 11 AM every 2\u003Csup\u003End\u003C\/sup\u003E\u0026nbsp;and 4\u003Csup\u003Eth\u003C\/sup\u003E\u0026nbsp;Tuesday of the month, starting on Aug.\u0026nbsp;25!
