The process to submit time, approve time\/absences, and request absences will upgrade, or transition to the new Fluid Time and Absence implementation on April 11, 2021*. The Fluid Time and Absence design provides a more modern, responsive user interface.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EThis Fluid Time and Absence update will impact:\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cul\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003EOnline Timesheet Users\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003EWeb Clock Users\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003EThose with Multiple Jobs on Campus\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003ELeave Benefits Eligible\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003EReports to Manager\/Time and Absence Approver\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\u003C\/ul\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E*With the exception of GTRI\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EKaba Time Clock users will continue to \u0026lsquo;punch\u0026rsquo; in their time as usual, however, how they view their timesheet in OneUSG Connect will change.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003ECampus Info Sessions are meetings highlighting specific process areas within OneUSG Connect. They are open to all faculty, staff, and student employees who want to learn more about OneUSG Connect.
