<p>In the podcast, General Breedlove conversed with The Cipher Brief&#39;s Brad Christain about the current state of play between Russian-Ukrainian relations and possible scenarios that could play out. They also spoke about the U.S. relationship with NATO allies and China-Russia.</p>
