Here is a breakdown of the submission process and what we can expect from\u0026nbsp;\u003Cem\u003EThe Tower\u003C\/em\u003E\u0026nbsp;in the future:\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003ESubmissions are reviewed on a rolling basis with one deadline per semester. In the submission\u0026nbsp;\u003Ca href=\u0022https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfDdWjeH0SEkuHbTcdivacoKnzKjA2Qv3wTousuHWbSnKk72Q\/viewform\u0022\u003Epage\u003C\/a\u003E, students are instructed to submit an abstract, research paper, and the name of the faculty advisor overseeing the project among other submission criteria.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EAfter they receive a submission, the submissions and review team seeks out undergraduate students, grad students, and faculty involved in the same or intersecting area of research. The team sends a rubric to each reviewer and, after careful consideration, will notify the applicant of their submission status.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EThe upcoming issue will include news, interviews, abstracts, and articles among other sections. The staff is also in the process of pitching ideas for interviews, spotlights, and features to be added to the journal.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EIn previous years, the journal has received submissions from biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, and economics, but are hoping to attract students from all majors.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EThe journal will be published on an annual basis with its comeback issue planned for Spring 2022.
