646835 external_news 1619204502 1619204502 President and Dean of Morehouse School of Medicine, Valerie Montgomery Rice, will be the featured keynote speaker at the Harvard Medical School and Harvard School of Dental Medicine 2021 Class Day ceremony on May 27. Rice, an HMS alumna (MD 1987)received her B.S. in Chemistry in 1983 from the College of Sciences. She is the first woman to lead the Morehouse School of Medicine. In 2020 she received the Dean Griffin Community Service Award from the Georgia Tech Alumni Association.
