The&nbsp;Foreign Policy Research Institute produces the podcast, which discusses &quot;critical issues and challenges facing the U.S. and its allies in this new era of great power rivalry.&quot;</p>

<p>In the podcast, Breedlove &mdash; NATO&#39;s former supreme commander &mdash; discussed how the alliance should adapt to manage modern threats from China, Russia, and others.</p>
