<p><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Moniz and Nunn stress that in this challenging landscape for nuclear arms control, the need to find new avenues for preventing nuclear weapons use is more urgent than ever. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p>

<p><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>They highlight an “effective form of global threat reduction” already underway in the United States: a nuclear “fail-safe” review. And they call on other nuclear-armed countries to follow suit. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p>
