Students will have the opportunity to complete their I-9 verification and the Georgia Security Questionnaire with a public notary – both are requirements of employment at Georgia Tech.  

Students should complete their online Student Hire Packet (step 1 of the online onboarding process) prior to the event.  

Signing Up for a Student Employee Onboarding Time Slot   

Email communications will be sent directly to newly hired student employees who have already completed the online Student Hiring Packet (step 1 of the onboarding process) and still need to complete the in-person onboard requirement. These students will have the ability to select a 30-minute time slot on Aug. 17, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

If you are a newly hired student and need to complete your I-9 and/or Georgia Security Questionnaire, but cannot attend this in-person event, contact the ASC for assistance.
