<p><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>He presented a paper (co-authored with Professor Cassidy Sugimoto, SPP, Georgia Tech), “Innovation Networks, Workforces, and Mixed-Sector Policy Opportunities at the Knowledge Networks, Knowledge Networks, Workforces, and Innovation Policy at the Edges panel.
