As the climate is changing over the past decades, natural hazards pose an escalating challenge to the resilience of the energy infrastructure. The weather caused power outages causes significant monetary loss and jeopardizes the social well-beings. However, little is known about the societal aspects of the impact. In the proposed work, we develop large-scale data analysis to identify differential impact to communities. We collect data and develop statistical models to learn from data.
