We have demonstrated dynamic, continuous single voxel imaging from sub-nL volumes, including high speed (1 s resolution) imaging of idealized samples. Lower speed (1 min resolution) continuous analysis of 3-D cell culture systems is made possible through incorporation of in-line microdialysis to enable salt removal. \u2028\u2028\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EWilliam Guerrant - Advisor, Adegboyega (Yomi) Oyelere, PhD \u2028\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Cem\u003EDual-Targeted Inhibitors of Histone Deacetylase and Topoisomerase II\u003C\/em\u003E\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EThe cancer chemotherapeutic of the future will modulate multiple targets while reducing debilitating side effects common to the therapy regimens of today. To this end we have created dual-targeted inhibitors of both histone deacetylase and topoisomerase II that display potent cytotoxicity against cancer cells and preserve activity against both enzymes.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u2028The Graduate and Post-Doc (GaP) Seminar Series is a weekly event of biotechnology related research presentations by two graduate students or post-docs of IBB and is co-sponsored by BME.
